Terms and Conditions
These terms govern access to OnlineCBT.in, including technical and language lessons, typing practice, articles, calculators, study resources, test series, applications and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. A minor may use paid or account features only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required.
Educational purpose and accuracy
OnlineCBT provides independent technical, language, general-knowledge and assessment material. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with an examination authority unless a page explicitly says otherwise. Exam dates, eligibility, syllabi, results, current affairs, and other time-sensitive details may change. Users must verify important decisions against the relevant official notification or website. We do not guarantee selection, rank, employment, or any particular examination result.
Purchases, access, and refunds
Prices, validity periods, included features, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Access is personal and may not be resold or shared. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, digital purchases are non-refundable after access has been delivered. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, or material technical errors should be reported with the transaction reference so they can be investigated. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within the payment provider's processing time.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- copy, scrape, republish, sell, or systematically extract tests or content without written permission;
- share accounts, bypass access controls, manipulate scores, or use automated means to take tests;
- upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or privacy-violating material;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise the service or another user's account;
- use the service or advertising interactions to create invalid traffic, artificial clicks, or impressions.
Intellectual property and user submissions
The service design, software, branding, and content are owned by OnlineCBT or used under license and are protected by applicable law. We grant users a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal learning. You retain rights in material you submit and grant us only the permissions reasonably needed to store, process, display, and moderate it for the service.
Advertising and external services
Pages may contain clearly distinguishable advertising and links or integrations operated by third parties. Their products, availability, security, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by those third parties. Advertising does not determine our editorial conclusions.
Availability and account action
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirement. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every item is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlineCBT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to courts having jurisdiction in Rajasthan, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise. We may revise these terms when the service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
