Available NEET previous-year practice sets

How to use a NEET previous-year paper
- Choose the paper and check its instructions. Older papers can have different question counts, optional sections or time limits. Use the instructions for that paper rather than treating every historical paper as the confirmed 2027 format.
- Take a timed first attempt. Keep notes and answer keys closed. Record which questions you guessed and where you spent too much time so that the score helps you plan revision.
- Review Physics, Chemistry and Biology separately. For each mistake, note the chapter and whether it came from a missing concept, a calculation error or misreading the question. Revisit that topic in your textbook or notes before solving similar questions.
- Reattempt after revision. Keep the first score as your baseline. A higher score on a paper you already know reflects revision and recall; use an unseen paper to check progress independently.
Plan revision around your test results
Start with a paper that covers topics you have studied. After reviewing it, choose a chapter test for your weakest topic and explain each answer in your own words. Move to a full-syllabus mock when you can work across subjects within the allotted time. Maintain a short error notebook and revisit recurring mistakes before your next attempt.
Online practice and official NEET information
OnlineCBT is an independent practice platform. Its simulator, scores and any practice rankings are preparation tools; they are not official NTA results or a prediction of your admission rank. Also practise with a printed paper and an OMR-style answer sheet to build answer-marking habits.
For confirmed exam dates, syllabus, marking rules and examination mode, consult the official NTA NEET website and information bulletin for your examination year. Check the paper instructions and official answer key when reviewing historical questions.
